1) Level1 or Level 2 ACCA or similar introductory accounting qualifications e.g., AAT or similar accounting diplomas.
2) Practical knowledge of basic applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook is mandatory.
3) Some knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP10 would be desirable.
1) Disbursement & custody of petty cash 2) Recording and data input transactions including sales invoices and accounts receivable on accounting system, Microsoft Dynamics GP10 3) Assisting with the cost calculations of shipping partners. Liaising with staff and external partners to ensure settlements are agreed and paid on a timely basis. 4) Maintenance of Excel spreadsheets. 5) Assist with other duties in the Finance Department such as the follow up of accounts receivable and accounts payable, etc.
